Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to ensuring timely and secure delivery of all products and services.

1. Dispatch Timelines:

  • Swatches & in-stock items: 3–7 business days.
  • Fabric production orders: 15–30 business days (depending on dyeing, printing, and order volume).
  • White-label manufacturing orders: As per agreed project timelines.

2. Shipping Partners:

All orders are shipped via reliable international logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent).

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • To be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customs & Duties:

  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes in their country.
  • Hemploom India is not liable for delays due to customs or border regulations.

5. Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided via email or WhatsApp immediately after dispatch.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

As a B2B supplier and service provider, we follow strict quality control procedures to minimize errors and defects. However, in the event of any concerns, the following policy applies:

1. Swatches & Fabrics:

Non-returnable and non-refundable once cut, processed, or dispatched.

2. Custom Orders & White-Label Garments:

  • Since these are produced to specific client requirements, returns are not possible.
  • Replacements or credits may be offered only in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

3. Reporting Issues:

  • All complaints must be raised in writing within 3 business days of delivery, along with photographic/video evidence.
  • After this period, the order will be deemed accepted and closed.

4. Resolution Process:

  • Our quality team will review the claim.
  • If valid, we will offer one of the following:          
    • Replacement of goods (where feasible).
    • Credit note to be adjusted in the next order.
    • Partial refund, if mutually agreed.

5. Exclusions:

  • Variations in shade, texture, or GSM within ±10% are considered acceptable in textiles and will not qualify as defects.
  • Damages caused during customs inspection, mishandling by courier, or buyer-side storage are beyond our responsibility.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of our website, services, and all transactions with Hemploom India (Ajaya Kumas Private Limited).

1. Orders & Quotations:

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Orders are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

2. Payments:

  • Advance of 50% required to initiate production.
  • Balance must be cleared before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):

  • Fabric MOQs vary based on weaving, dyeing, or printing requirements.
  • White-label manufacturing MOQs will be communicated project-wise.

4. Lead Times:

  • Indicative timelines will be provided at order confirmation.
  • Delays due to force majeure, customs clearance, or third-party disruptions will not constitute a breach of contract.

5. Intellectual Property (IP):

  • All designs, prints, and patterns shared by clients remain their IP and will be treated as confidential.
  • Hemploom will not reproduce or disclose client designs without written consent.

6. Quality Tolerance:

  • GSM, shade, and weave variations within ±10% are considered standard in handloom and natural textiles.
  • Such variations will not be deemed as defects.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, business interruption, or third-party claims.

8. Governing Law:

  • All agreements are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
