Absolutely. We offer natural and azo-free dyeing, as well as Procion Reactive screen printing and Pigment digital printing. Clients can send their Pantone codes or artwork files, and we ensure accurate shade matching and finishing aligned with international standards.
We currently offer AZO-free dye testing, color fastness reports, and fiber identification tests. While GOTS certification is not feasible at smaller volumes, our fabrics comply with export requirements. Lab tests from accredited third parties can also be arranged if requested.
Yes. Hemploom India provides end-to-end white-label solutions, including sampling, fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, stitching, trims, packaging, and dispatch. Products include shirts, jackets, waistcoats, boxers, dresses, and accessories. We maintain strict confidentiality and deliver export-ready goods.
We follow a 3-stage QC process:
- Fabric QC – weave consistency, GSM, and finish checks.
- Dyeing & Printing QC – shade accuracy and fastness tests.
- Garment QC – stitching, sizing, trims, and finishing inspections.
Only QC-approved goods move forward to packing and dispatch.
All orders are packed securely, often with custom branding if required. Dispatch is handled through trusted partners like DHL, UPS, and FedEx. We provide export documentation, commercial invoices, and packing lists, ensuring a smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.
